For certain application types only, students will be able to amend their start date up until 7 days before the actual Licence period. You are unable to change to a date later than the Licence Start Date

Coppin House

Coppin House is in an ideal location adjacent to the Magee Campus fronting the Strand Road, one of the city's main thoroughfares. It is located next to Puregym, Sainsburys and a 24-hour convenience store.

There are five floors of accommodation accessible via a lift. Access is controlled into and throughout the site by an access control system and CCTV is provided and monitored by university security.

Each floor contains sixteen spacious single bedrooms and two large fully equipped modernised kitchens. A communal lounge is available on each floor with a TV and games console for residents to unwind at the end of the day.

A weekly housekeeping and high speed Wi-Fi service is provided included within the rent. Car parking and a fully equipped launderette is also available.

Night Support Assistants and university security are available to address issues throughout the night. Resident Assistants are available to provide pastoral support, advice and assistance on any issues outside of office hours.

Single

Each spacious study bedroom is fully equipped with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and bedside locker.

One Bedroom Apartment

A self-contained one bedroom, one or two-person apartment is available for mature students seeking more independence and privacy.
